Founded by Max Hüsch and Pablo Metz, MEINE ERDE is the first company in Europe to develop and offer its own technology for funerals. The reburial is a new form of burial in which the body of the deceased is naturally transformed into earth in a coffin-like cocoon in 40 days - without natural gas and without the addition of chemicals. The new earth is then buried in a cemetery. MEINE ERDE is the only provider of this new form of burial in Europe to date. The natural process of transforming the body into earth is accelerated in a cocoon designed for this purpose, which can be reused many times.
