Transforming the management of severe mental illness through a clinician-led digital collaboration platform.

Recovery Cat, a spin-off from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and the Berlin Institute of Health, develops software to facilitate personalized and effective psychiatric care. Unlike other mental health domains, severe mental illness is a hugely underserved market. The paucity of digital health tools in this context limits patients’ and physicians’ ability to manage disease collaboratively. This leads to repeated, preventable hospitalizations that cost insurers billions. Recovery Cat is a clinician-driven tool to empower HCPs and patients to manage disease and improve outcomes while decreasing costs drastically.
